Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for content that we have created on these pages under Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act [TMG] and general legislation. Under Sections 8 - 10 of TMG, however, we, as a service provider, are not obliged to monitor information that is transmitted or stored with regard to third parties or to investigate circumstances that may indicate illegal activity. This does not affect any obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation. We can, however, only accept liability in this regard once we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of any such infringement, we will remove such content immediately.​

Our website includes links to third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We are therefore not able to accept any liability for such third-party content. The providers or opera-tors of the linked pages in question are responsible for their own content at all times. The pages linked to were checked for possible legal violations at the time the link was included. No illegal content was detected at that time. It is not reasonable to expect us to permanently monitor the content of linked pages where there is no specific indication of an infringement. As soon as we become aware of any infringement, we will remove such links immediately. Trend Jumper GmbH expressly distances itself from contents of third-party websites that are misleading, inaccurate or in any way offensive or illegal.​
